Keep it working
If I build or set something up with your team, I can stay involved as the work, the people, and the AI tools change. Ongoing help can include updates, new-hire training, small improvements, and deciding what to fix next. We scope it after you have something working.
If I build or set something up, I train the people who will use it. What I don’t do: I’m not a software or IT company. I don’t build custom apps or API integrations, set up on-premise or air-gapped AI systems, host models, or provide managed IT or cybersecurity. How do you price your work?
Projects have a fixed price. I do not bill by the hour. If we are a good fit after the first call, you will know the work, the price, the timeline, and what your team needs to provide before you say yes.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the work. Training can happen in a single session. Setting AI up and fixing a process usually takes several weeks. You will know the timeline before the project starts.
How much of my team’s time will this take?
I need time with the people who actually do the work and with whoever owns it. The exact commitment depends on the project, and I will tell you before you agree to anything.
Do you build custom software or IT systems?
No. I am not a software or IT company. I work with the AI tools your organization already uses when possible. If the work needs custom development, cybersecurity, or technical infrastructure, I will tell you.
Do we need a specific AI tool?
No. I start with the work, not my favorite tool. We look at what you already own first. I receive no payment from AI companies for recommending their products.
What if we do not know where to start?
Bring me one task that keeps taking too long. That is enough for the first conversation. If it needs a deeper look first, I will recommend a short paid review, and its cost counts toward the fix.
What about private or sensitive information?
We decide what information AI can use, what it cannot, and who must review the result. I do not promise that every AI tool is right for every type of information. Your company’s rules and approved tools come first.
How do we know whether it worked?
I measure the work before we change it and again after. That may include time, rework, delays, backlog, or how often the task happens. You see what actually improved, including anything that did not.
Do you support us after the project?
Yes. Work changes, teams change, and tools change. Ongoing support is available once you have seen what was built.
Who do you work with?
