I’ve spent my career inside the rooms where operations break down.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years in operations, leadership, and systems design across both public and private sectors. The work is always the same shape: a business is doing fine until it isn’t, and someone needs to find where the work is actually breaking before throwing money at the wrong fix.
For the last several years I’ve been a Systems Analyst and Knowledge Manager at NASA Langley Research Center, working through Barrios Technology. Before that I co-managed operations for a $65M company across 80 active projects, where the work I led drove over $1 million in cost savings. That job taught me how operations actually fail. Not in dramatic ways. In small, quiet ways that compound until the founder is the only one who can answer any meaningful question.
I founded Keen Alliance Consulting to bring that thinking to small and mid-sized businesses. Most AI consulting in this market is a tool tour with extra steps. Businesses with 10 to 50 employees need someone who looks at how the work moves and tells them the truth, then puts AI exactly where it pays off.

How is this different from the AI consultants flooding LinkedIn?

Why not just hire a fractional COO?

I’ve tried ChatGPT and it didn’t stick. What’s different here?
